It contains dong quai root, blessed thistle aerial parts, licorice root, eleuthero root, sarsaparilla root extract, black cohosh root extract, squaw vine whole plant and false unicorn root.

Wild Yam & Chaste Tree (one capsule) nourishes the female reproductive system and is commonly used to address menopausal concerns.

Flax Seed Oil with Lignans (one softgel) is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids (EFAs). Scientific studies show that consumption of omega-3 can benefit the heart. It also contains lignans—substances known to stimulate immune activity—and linoleic acid, another EFA. EFAs are precursors to prostaglandins. Flax seed oil contains twice as many omega-3 EFAs as fish oil products. Each softgel capsule contains omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 EFAs plus lignans.
